Kapolei New Build Retreat

​For this project, our clients purchased a standard new-build home and invited us to transform it into an island-inspired family retreat—one that felt layered, welcoming, and reminiscent of the model homes that first captured their imagination. Designed as a place for gathering, unwinding, and making memories, each room was thoughtfully curated to feel playful yet calming, with a palette of natural textures, soft greens and blues, and subtle nods to Hawaiʻi throughout. To elevate the home beyond its builder-grade foundation, we introduced custom details including statement light fixtures, textured wallpaper, tiled feature walls, and curated finishes—creating a space that feels both special and effortlessly livable for family vacations.
