Lanikai Rental Cottages

For this project, we joined the transformation as the new owner completed the final stages of refurbishment, stepping in to bring the vision to life as a thoughtfully designed vacation rental. Spanning two separate cottages, our scope focused on layering warmth, personality, and function through fully furnished interiors, custom artwork, and curated décor throughout. Each space was designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and well-loved—balancing durability with comfort to support the rhythms of vacation living. The result is a cohesive island stay experience that feels intentional, inviting, and ready to be enjoyed from the moment guests arrive.
