FINISHES / FIXTURES SELECTION

 

Our Finish & Fixture Selection Services are designed to support homeowners and investors through the often-overwhelming process of choosing materials that feel cohesive, timeless, and aligned with the overall vision for the home.

For kitchens and bathrooms, this service includes guided selection of paint, flooring, cabinetry finishes, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and either a kitchen backsplash or shower/bath surround for one room. Clients also receive up to three in-person showroom visits with a designer, providing expert guidance and confidence throughout the decision-making process. 

Kitchen or Bath Fixture / Finish Selection Fee: $1500 per room

For other interior rooms (or group of rooms) sharing the same finishes, this service focuses on the selection of flooring, paint, and light fixtures or ceiling fans, ensuring continuity and flow throughout the space. 

Other Interior Rooms Fixture / Finish Selection Fee: $500 per room or group of rooms

This service is ideal for clients seeking professional direction and clarity while managing their own renovation or build, offering a streamlined approach to selections that balances aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

For clients who would like ongoing support beyond the selection phase, we also offer a Project Concierge Service. This optional service provides hands-on coordination, including regular site visits and meetings with the licensed contractor performing the work, progress check-ins, and on-the-ground oversight to help ensure the design intent is carried through during execution. This service is ideal for clients who are off-island or seeking added peace of mind and professional representation throughout their renovation or build process.
